This Navajo twill wool rug or saddle blanket is a vintage hand woven rug from the 1940's. It was hand spun with the traditional Native American diamond weave pattern. This collectible southwestern Indian rug is golden bronze, canary yellow, cream, and black. The dyes used to dye the wool were made from plants that are indigenous to the Navajo Indian reservation. This authentic hand spun wool Navajo rug is in exceptional condition. This beautiful antique rug, or saddle blanket, is 31" in width and 59" in length. This gorgeous wool rug may be displayed as a wall hanging, draped on a table, or grace the floors of your home with southwestern decor.
