This Sterling Silver cuff holds a gorgeous row of genuine Sleeping Beauty Turquoise nuggets. The cool blue hues of this Turquoise perfectly compliments the shining Sterling Silver. Turquoise and Silver, the perfect combination. Effie included her trademark Sterling Silver serpent deities to weave about the Turquoise stones.
