Zuni Indian Jewelry Genuine Turquoise Coral Lapis Opal Inlaid Sterling Silver Bracelet.

All genuine stones, inlaid with perfection. These gorgeous Zuni Bracelets feature an impressive inlay design made from a vibrant mix of genuine semi-precious stones. The hand cut tiles of genuine Turquoise, Coral, Lapis, Jet, Opal, and Pink shell are tightly inlaid within the hand made Sterling Silver cuff. The irregularity of the patterns are what make these bracelets so expressive and vibrant. They're sure to get a lot of attention. These hand made Zuni cuff bracelets are 5/16" wide and they'll fit a 6" to 7" wrist. Stamped Sterling and signed by the Zuni artist. No two bracelets are the same. You'll receive a one of a kind bracelet from the group pictured below.

This jewelry comes from one of the leading trading posts in the heart of the Indian Nation. Established over 35 years ago, the owners recently retired and liquidated $200,000 wholesale ($450,000 retail) of their inventory to Alltribes. They worked with some the best Navajo and Zuni jewelers and kept to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This jewelry features unique designs and quality stones. It was made before silver went up and will have lower prices.

The Zuni Indians learned to silversmith from the Navajo in the early 1870's. The Zuni, because they had permanent homes unlike the nomadic Navajo, were able to use many tools that the Navajo could not easily carry with them. With the lapidary wheels they began cutting stones and using the silver to hold their stones in patterns. Today, Zuni silversmiths are known for their lapidary skills. Both channel inlay (using precisely cut stones set on silver to form figures and designs) and cluster and needlepoint (setting small, similarly cut stones in geometric patterns) are traditional Zuni styles.

We understand the true value and nature of hand crafted Indian art. And, we recognize it's important to know that the artist is truly a member of a Native American tribe. So, to ensure you that this is the real deal, a Certificate of Authenticity has been included with this item.
