Zuni Indian Jewelry Genuine Turquoise & Coral Inlaid Sterling Silver Bracelet (One of a Kind)  0011-244422-BR

Zuni Indian Jewelry Genuine Turquoise & Coral Inlaid Sterling Silver Bracelet.

This one of a kind Zuni Bracelet features an impressive Turquoise inlay design. Gorgeous hand cut tiles of genuine Turquoise and genuine Coral are tightly inlaid within the heavy gauge Sterling Silver cuff. The irregularity of the pattern (or lack of pattern) is what makes this bracelet so expressive and vibrant. Its sure to get a lot of attention. This hand made cuff bracelet is 1" wide. It'll fit a 7-1/2" wrist perfectly. Stamped Sterling and signed by the Zuni artist. You'll receive the one of a kind bracelet pictured below.

This jewelry comes from one of the leading trading posts in the heart of the Indian Nation. Established over 35 years ago, the owners recently retired and liquidated $200,000 wholesale ($450,000 retail) of their inventory to Alltribes. They worked with some the best Navajo and Zuni jewelers and kept to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This jewelry features unique designs and quality stones. It was made before silver went up and will have lower prices.

The Zuni Indians learned to silversmith from the Navajo in the early 1870's. The Zuni, because they had permanent homes unlike the nomadic Navajo, were able to use many tools that the Navajo could not easily carry with them. With the lapidary wheels they began cutting stones and using the silver to hold their stones in patterns. Today, Zuni silversmiths are known for their lapidary skills. Both channel inlay (using precisely cut stones set on silver to form figures and designs) and cluster and needlepoint (setting small, similarly cut stones in geometric patterns) are traditional Zuni styles.

We understand the true value and nature of hand crafted Indian art. And, we recognize it's important to know that the artist is truly a member of a Native American tribe. So, to ensure you that this is the real deal, a Certificate of Authenticity has been included with this item.
