TRADITIONAL Genuine Spiderweb Turquoise Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet by LUCKY  0785-252485-BR-ST

Genuine Spiderweb Turquoise Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet

This is a gorgeous work of art! This Navajo made Sterling Silver cuff bracelet holds a large cab of stunning, top of the line, genuine Turquoise. This turquoise stone has an intricate reticulated matrix that has earned it the name Spiderweb Turquoise and is part our large collection of Southwestern Turquoise. It has been set in a hand made Sterling Silver bezel sweated to a hand made Sterling Silver cuff. Hand twisted Sterling Silver wire and hand stamped designs circle the Turquoise stones and dress the cuff with a high shine. Made in our shop BY Lucky. These bracelets average around 2" in width at the center and will fit a 5" to a 7" wrist. Please allow us to size this one for you. Stamped Sterling and signed by LUCKY. The color and matrix of the Turquoise will vary slightly. The photo is an excellent representation of the one of a kind hand made bracelet you'll receive. You'll be getting one from the group of high quality Navajo bracelets pictured below.

This turquoise comes from our large Southwestern turquoise collection. We have had this Turquoise collection for upwards of thirty years and sometimes it's difficult if not impossible to remember where exactly every stone came from. We have a pretty good idea on most of it. But, there's no perfect, absolute, one hundred percent guarantee on us knowing exactly where any one Turquoise stone originated. However, we are doing our best to tell you what we know. Each stone of Turquoise is a true one of a kind with natural colors and markings provided by the earth making each one unique. The choice of stone in a piece of Turquoise jewelry makes a statement about the unique personality of both the artist who makes the piece and the person who wears it.

There are many legends about Turquoise; The Pima consider it to bring good fortune and strength and that it helped overcome illness. The Zuni believe that blue turquoise was male and of the sky and green turquoise was female and of the earth. Pueblo Indians thought that its color was stolen from the sky. In Hopi legend the lizard who travels between the above and the below, excretes turquoise and that the stone can hold back floods. The Apache felt that turquoise on a gun or bow made it shoot straight. The Navajo consider it as good fortune to wear and believe it could appease the Wind Spirit.
