Clifford Beck was an award winning Navajo Indian artist. He was a full time artist from 1979 until his death in 1995. He worked primarily as an illustrator, a photographer, and an art teacher. His preferred media were oil and pastel. He attended the University of Northern Arizona and the California College of Arts and Crafts. Beck's work has been widely published in magazines and newspapers and it has been documented in numerous Indian Art books. |
