Native American Sterling Silver Overlaid Cuff Bracelet Man In the Maze
Dress yourself with a hand-made work of wearable Indian art! The center of the Sterling Silver cuff bracelet features an overlaid Silver on Silver traditional southwestern Native American design of the Man in the Maze. Simple and elegant symmetrical wave designs run down the lengths of the cuff bracelet. It is hand-cut from Sterling Silver and is of very high quality. It was made in our shop by Navajo Indian artist Calvin Peterson, who is superbly skilled at cutting silver into designs that flow and swerve with precision and grace. It will also perfectly match any Silver Native American jewelry already in your collection. This bracelet is 1" wide and will fit a 6" to 7" wrist. Leave your wrist measurement in the comment box and we'll size it for you. Signed by Calvin and stamped Sterling. You'll receive one of the bracelets in the picture.
Overlay is created by "sweating" or soldering two pieces of silver together. The top piece contains a design element which is meticulously hand cut out of silver. The bottom piece is oxidized and often textured with stamping to produce a contrasting background. Once together the work is carefully filed, buffed, and polished to produce this fine finish.
