This lance measures 53" in length from the white metal tip to the end of the handle. This impressive artifact was hand made by Native American Indian artist Clara Vasquez. The shaft is wrapped in rawhide and accented with decorative hand stitched seed bead work, contrasting leather fringe and bone. The metal spear tip is securely attached by buckskin to the head. Powerful symbols dress this ceremonial artifact and it would make a fabulous gift. It is attractive in any setting and has the artistic character to stand alone or compliment similar pieces of collected works. Bead work may slightly vary.
