This impressive lance measures 47" from the metal point to the end of the handle. The shaft is hand wrapped in rawhide and accented with decorative beading, leather fringe and genuine deer horn buttons. The metal spear tip is securely attached by sinew to the head. Brass .22 bullet casings act as jackets for the genuine feathers and add a touch of old western flair. Powerful symbols dress this ceremonial artifact and it would make a fabulous gift. It is attractive in any setting and has the artistic character to stand alone or compliment similar pieces of collected works. This one includes and shoulder strap strung with wooden beads and deer horn buttons in an alternating pattern with the black feathers. Bead work and tips may slightly vary from piece to piece.
