Native American Inlaid Jet Opal Penn Shell Agate Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet Jewelry

This Native American Inlaid Jet Opal Penn Shell Agate Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet Jewelry is a true work of art. This one features a beautiful inlaid design made from hand cut stones of genuine Jet, Penn Shell, Agate and lab Opal. These gorgeous stones have been set in a beautifully shaped heavy gauge Sterling Silver cuff. The fire 'n' ice sparkle of the Opal perfectly compliments the Jet and the white shine of the Sterling Silver. This bracelet is 1/2" wide. It'll fit a 6" to a 6-1/2" wrist. Stamped Sterling. Signed by the Navajo Indian artist BM. You will be receiving one of the items in the pictures below.

Opal's name evolved from the Roman word opalus from the Greek word opallios - "to see a change of color." The Greek word was a modification of the ancient Indian Sanskrit name for opal, upala, which meant "precious stone." If one spoke in mixed tongues, then opal would be opallios upala, "to see a change of color precious stone." As indicated by the derivation of its name, opal has centuries of history as a treasured gemstone. Historically, beliefs associated with the wearing of opal have varied. The early Greeks thought that opals gave their owners the powers of foresight and prophecy. Romans adored it as a token of hope and purity. Eastern people regarded it as sacred. Arabs believed it fell from heaven.

We understand the true value and nature of hand-crafted Indian art. And, we recognize it’s important to know that the artist is truly a member of a Native American tribe. So, to ensure you that this is the real deal, a Certificate of Authenticity has been included with this item. CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC
