Native American Genuine Turquoise Sterling Silver Bead Necklace and Pendant Set

Now this is a classic beauty! This Native American Genuine Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace and Pendant Set is a truly impressive and distinguished piece of hand-crafted Turquoise jewelry. The Turquoise bead necklace was made in our shop by Navajo Indian jewelry artist Verna Blackgoat. This genuine Turquoise is just full of gorgeous natural character and is artfully accented with Sterling Silver Aztec bench beads. Each sensational Turquoise nugget is approximately 1/2" long and delivers its green and tan shades to this one. The Turquoise nugget strands are finished at each end with Sterling Silver cones with hook-eye and comb clasps. The total length of this fine piece of hand-made Native American jewelry is 21". The cross pendant has 6 genuine Turquoise stones separated by Sterling Silver balls. It is 4" long and 1-3/4" wide. Turquoise stones may vary slightly in size and color. You will be getting one from the group pictured below. Once these necklaces are gone they will not be making more so don't miss out.

An extension chain can be included with this item for $5.00 per inch. Let us know how long you'd like your extension chain in the comment box as you check out.

Turquoise is a highly sought-after mineral and is possibly the most valuable, non-transparent mineral in the jewelry trade. It has been mined for eons since at least 6000 BC by early Egyptians. Its history also includes beautiful ornamental creations by Native Americans and Persians. Its popularity is still quite strong today. Most specimens are cryptocrystalline, meaning that the crystals can only be seen by a microscope. The finest turquoise comes from Iran but is challenged by stone found in the southwestern United States. The name comes from a French word, which means stone of Turkey, from where Persian material passed on its way to Europe.

We understand the true value and nature of hand crafted Indian art. And, we recognize it's important to know that the artist is truly a member of a Native American tribe. So, to ensure you that this is the real deal, a Certificate of Authenticity has been included with this item.
