The Chair and Step Design image is hand-cut from nickel silver and then overlaid onto the shining spring nickel silver clip. You'll definitely be holding your money in style with this one. It is 1" wide by 2" long. Native American made in our shop by Calvin Peterson. Cash is not included.
Calvin Peterson comes to us from Wind Rock, Arizona on the Navajo reservation. He began his career as a silversmith in 1991. He learned the craft of jewelry making on the job from Robert Coxon.
Dinetah, or Din�tah, is the traditional homeland of the Navajo tribe of Native Americans. In the Navajo language, the word "Din�tah" means "among the Navajo". In the geographical sense, Dinetah encompasses a large area of northwestern New Mexico, southwestern Colorado, southeastern Utah, and northeastern Arizona. The exact boundaries are unclear, and are generally marked by mountain peaks which correspond to the four cardinal directions.
