This Genuine Moss Green Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace, Bracelet, Ring, Earrings Jewelry Set is a beautiful collection of Turquoise Jewelry hand-crafted by artist Lucky. The Necklace, Ring, Bracelet, and Earrings were all finely hand-made out of shimmering Sterling Silver. Each piece in this fine Jewelry collection features hand-cut cabochons of genuine Moss Green Turquoise. This gorgeous top-of-the-line Turquoise delivers its natural green and brown hues to the white shine of the Sterling Silver for a traditional yet fashionable look. Each Turquoise stone is set in hand-etched Sterling Silver. The cuff of the 6-1/2" to 7-1/2" bracelet has five set stones on two bands that are decorated with a twisted wire. The cuff bracelet is 3/4" wide. The 18-1/2" necklace has a length made of a bench bead chain, and spaced along it are Turquoise stones set in Sterling Silver with a stone that hangs from the center of the necklace. It is finished with Sterling Silver cones and a hook-eye and comb clasp on each end. The French hook earrings feature two beautiful stones and are approximately 2-1/2" long. The triple-band ring is 3/4" wide and size 6 to 8. This exquisite, shining set of Turquoise and Sterling Silver jewelry was made and signed by artist Lucky. The Zuni believe that blue turquoise was male and of the sky and green turquoise was female and of the earth. Pueblo Indians thought that its color was stolen from the sky. In Hopi legend the lizard who travels between the above and the below excretes turquoise and that the stone can hold back floods. The Apache felt that turquoise on a gun or bow made it shoot straight. The Navajo consider it as good fortune to wear and believe it could appease the Wind Spirit.
