They are meticulously selected to minimize inherent flaws. They are tanned by the World's best tanners and polished to a brilliant sheen with a marble glazing tool. The three dimensional effect is a Bombe (bomb-bay) finish which is achieved by applying heat to the center of each tile. A regular application of leather care will preserve the the leather's natural qualities. Search for a leather conditioner recommended for alligator at a local exotic leather shop or department store in your area. The goal is to replace the oils that wear off over time and and add a water and stain resistant coat. Belts should be treated two times a year. Wallets and other products that are compressed should have a monthly application.
