Navajo artisan, Calvin Peterson is well known for his silver art work. He uses top grade Sterling Silver in all his work. This Bolo is one of the most impressive I've ever seen. His silver work is an absolute masterpiece of overlay creating the image of the traditional kachina. Total length of the eight strand leather bolo cord is 46". Calvin Peterson comes to us from Wind Rock, Arizona on the Navajo reservation. He began his career as a silversmith in 1991. He learned the craft of jewelry making on the job from Robert Coxon.
